Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders may ship from multiple fulfillment centers, depending on product availability

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Typical delivery times range from 3–10 business days after processing, depending on location and shipping method.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days or longer to arrive

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

International orders are final sale, except in cases of damaged or defective items.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on destination and warehouse fulfillment.

Carrier selection is determined automatically and cannot be changed after an order is placed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Wholesale Fulfillment Disclaimer

We source our products from third-party wholesale distributors. As a result:

  • Packaging and branding may vary

  • Orders may ship from different locations

  • Delivery times may vary by product

These factors do not qualify as shipping errors or defects.
